Patient Portal User Guide


Effective 10/7/19 we have rolled out our new Patient Portal for our patients!  If you are an existing patient with a portal account you may have already received an email directing you to the new portal to login.  Please be aware until you login for the first time and click on the "Request medical record" button at the top of your portal home page, your previous information will not be in the new portal.  Once you select that button, your information will migrate over from the old portal to the new one.  The new portal will allow you to attach documents you want us to see and add to your chart plus some other features.  Please review the instruction manual upon selecting the "Help" button to learn how to use and operate your portal account.  Thank you for chosing Metropolitan Family Practice!
