We try to organize the office around scheduled appointments to minimize waiting time, as we feel your time is valuable.  However, if you need to be seen urgently, please call and we will do our best to see you expeditiously that day.  We will do our best to place you with your physician.  However, if that physician is booked or not available, we will work you in with one of the other physicians in the office or our PA who will have access to your chart.

When making an appointment, please let the receptionist know the nature of your illness or type of appointment needed.  This will enable us to schedule you appropriately and most efficiently.  If unable to keep the scheduled appointment, please notify our office within 24 hours or a fee may be incurred.

If you are a NEW PATIENT, please click here.  Existing patients, it is important for you to update our office with any changes in your insurance.  Please inform the office staff at the time you make your appointment of any such changes.  The day of your appointment you should bring all your medications or at least an updated list of your medicines, your insurance card, your copayment, and plan to arrive on time.
